Ambow Education Holding Ltd. (NYSE American: AMBO), a global innovator of AI-powered phygital solutions for education, conferencing, and events, has announced a strategic partnership between its HybriU Global Learning Network (HGLN) and Singapore-based RHT Academy Pte. Ltd. to launch the city-state’s first HybriU Global Learning Center (HGLC). RHT Academy, a well-established professional training and development organization in Singapore, will provide local facilities and operational support, while Ambow’s HybriU platform will serve as the AI-driven phygital hub linking U.S. universities with the new learning center.
The HybriU Global Learning Network is an expanding ecosystem that connects classrooms, laboratories, and institutions worldwide through real-time, AI-powered digital infrastructure. The Singapore center will act as a regional anchor within this network, enabling U.S. universities to deliver degree and micro-bachelor or master certificate programs to students across Southeast Asia without the need to establish physical campuses locally. By leveraging HGLN, participating universities can extend faculty presence across multiple locations in real time, build sustainable pipelines of international students in compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements, and strengthen their global brand presence all without large upfront capital investment.
“Our strategic partnership with RHT Academy in Singapore represents a major milestone in our HGLN strategy, advancing our vision to build a global ecosystem that supports U.S. universities’ ability to expand international enrollment”, said Dr. Jin Huang, Chief Executive Officer of Ambow Education. Singapore is a critical education and talent hub in Asia. The new center will enable U.S. institutions to reach more students across Southeast Asia, while providing localized academic support and high-quality hybrid learning experiences aligned with U.S. academic standards.

Powered by Ambow’s AI-enabled HybriU phygital platform, the Singapore HGLC will integrate physical and digital learning environments to deliver seamless global hybrid education. The center will provide on-demand access to fully equipped classrooms, workshops, design studios, and other learning spaces to facilitate faculty-led hybrid instruction, hands-on projects, and experiential learning programs. Students will also benefit from localized support services, including language assistance, academic advising, orientation programs, and career-readiness initiatives to prepare them for eventual on-campus study in the U.S.
The Singapore HGLC will also support student recruitment, offering regional outreach, pre-admissions preparation, and counseling to connect qualified international candidates with participating universities. By combining the technical capabilities of Ambow’s platform with RHT Academy’s established local presence, the center is designed to enhance access to U.S. higher education while maintaining high standards of teaching and student support.
Ambow said it is actively exploring additional HGLC locations across Asia, aiming to expand its global phygital learning network and provide U.S. institutions with more opportunities to engage international students through localized, technology-enabled hubs.
