JIADE Partners South Korea's Chinalink to Expand AI Education Globally

    • Strategic MOU signed to boost vocational, AI-based, and cross-border education
    • Focus on AI teacher systems, digital curricula, and skills development
    • Global expansion planned across Asia, North America, and the Middle East

JIADE Limited, a China-based education services company listed on Nasdaq, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with South Korea’s Chinalink Education Group to strengthen its global education footprint. The partnership focuses on technology-enabled learning, vocational education, and international education services, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence.

Under the memorandum of understanding (MoU), the two companies will work together to develop AI-powered education solutions for schools, training institutions, and adult learners. These include intelligent teacher systems, multilingual tools, personalized learning recommendations, and digital evaluation platforms. The collaboration aims to support public schools, international schools, and overseas tutoring providers.

The partnership will also tap into Chinalink’s strong links with South Korean government agencies and higher education networks. This will help promote JIADE’s education products and digital solutions in Korea’s public and vocational education systems. In return, JIADE’s status as a U.S.-listed company will support global promotion and potential capital collaboration.

Both companies plan to co-develop bilingual Chinese-Korean digital learning content covering K-12 education, adult learning, STEAM subjects, and language training. Special initiatives will focus on Korean language education and customized AI teaching tools designed for international markets.

The partnership will also explore advanced education technologies such as large AI models, intelligent algorithms, education-focused metaverse applications, and AI-generated digital learning content.

JIADE said the cooperation aligns with its long-term strategy to build an international education platform powered by technology and skills-based learning. The company believes the partnership will create new opportunities for learners and educators by combining innovation, curriculum expertise, and global reach.
