    • New programs include an integrated master’s & Ph.D. track and an AI-powered MBA.
    • Curriculum focuses on AI, big data, and practical research skills for the digital workforce.

Korea Cyber University plans to launch a new graduate school and a business school in 2026, becoming the first cyber university in Korea to offer both an integrated master’s & Ph.D. program and an AI-based professional MBA. The Ministry of Education has approved the institution’s plan to expand its graduate offerings.

The school will convert its current convergence information graduate school into a general graduate school while adding a specialized business school. Both programs will center on artificial intelligence, big data training, and practical research, aiming to prepare students for rapidly evolving digital careers.

The general graduate school will focus on developing AI- and data-driven solutions to social issues. It will offer a major in convergence information studies, with tracks in data-science convergence, AI business convergence, and human-science convergence. Students will take foundation courses such as statistics, research methods, and Python programming, followed by big data practicums, research forums, and AI workshops. The school said the curriculum is designed to build strong analytical skills and real-world problem-solving abilities.

The new business school will launch an AI transformation (AX) MBA, blending core MBA subjects with AI-driven analytics, digital strategy, and advanced concentrations in finance, marketing, MIS and operations. The program will include seminars, thesis requirements, industry lectures, expert talks and AX Business Day sessions to enhance job-ready skills.
