Metal Park Joins Global Partners to Elevate Metals Education in UAE

    • Strategic alliance with World Steel Association and Steel University
    • Initiative focuses on workforce skill development and industrial training
    • Supports UAE’s national industrial priorities and long-term competitiveness

Metal Park, a leading industrial hub in Abu Dhabi, has signed a strategic partnership with the World Steel Association and Steel University to create a national-level metals education and capability ecosystem for the Middle East. The agreement, witnessed by Dr. Sultan Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and other senior officials, aims to align education and training with real industrial demand and national priorities.

The alliance positions Metal Park as more than a physical infrastructure, it becomes a full operating ecosystem where talent, standards, education, and production converge. The initiative will provide high-quality training programs, upskilling opportunities, and global best practices to strengthen workforce capabilities in the metal industry. By embedding international expertise into the local industrial environment, the partnership ensures measurable improvements in productivity, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

The project also aims to foster global talent mobility by linking efforts with similar programs in Europe, India, Saudi Arabia, and Latin America.
