Saudi Arabia has taken a major step to strengthen its education and skills ecosystem with the launch of new partnerships aimed at creating jobs and preparing future-ready talent.
The Kingdom’s Minister of Education, Yousef Al-Benyan, inaugurated the second Education and Training Investment Forum in Riyadh, bringing together policymakers, investors, education leaders, and experts. The two-day forum focused on turning education into a strong economic sector aligned with the Human Capability Development Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
In his address, Al-Benyan said strong backing from the Kingdom’s leadership has enabled the education ministry to expand collaboration with private and nonprofit organizations. As part of this effort, the ministry introduced an investor guide designed to attract foreign investment by offering clear regulations and secure returns in the education sector.
During the forum, 12 agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed to support education investment, workforce training, capacity building, and innovation. These partnerships aim to improve learning outcomes while building skills that match labor market needs.
The minister also honored Saudi students who achieved top results at global events such as WorldSkills Asia 2025 and the Seoul International Invention Fair, highlighting the role of education in driving innovation and excellence.
The forum attracted more than 1,500 participants and featured panel discussions, workshops, and case studies on education investment and public-private partnerships.

On the sidelines, New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, signed an MoU with Tatweer Buildings Co. to explore joint work on modern education infrastructure in downtown Riyadh. The partnership will focus on smart design, sustainability, and community-focused learning spaces that support long-term skills development.
Michael Dyke, CEO of New Murabba, said the collaboration aims to create world-class, sustainable education environments that support Saudi Arabia’s future workforce goals.
