It provides a space for significant conversation within the counseling community and invites open panel discussions between prominent voices that are shaping the future of education.
The theme "Counseling as a Culture" will be applied this year to explore how schools can instill counseling into core educational practices that result in proactive systems with long-term support of student well-being and development.
The conference will include 35 sessions led by experts, pre-conference workshops and Inner Child Workshops, available to registered attendees. The IC3 Presidential Forum, being by invitation only, will convene the senior world university leaders like presidents, chancellors, and vice chancellors; outstanding high school leaders and principals from all over the world; and senior government, trade organisation, and media officials.

"There is an increasing need for institutionalized, collaborative models within schools as career and college counseling becomes more integrated in school education.". The 2025 IC3 Annual Conference & Expo provides a substantive forum for educators to interact with international viewpoints, usable practices, and shared wisdom that can assist in infusing counseling deeply into the learning experience. With highly curated experiences like the IC3 Host School Student-Parent Expo and the Inner Child Workshop in collaboration with the Aha Movement, the conference also takes the counseling dialogue to students and families, creating a more complete, people-oriented approach to education", said Ganesh Kohli, Founder of the IC3 Movement.
Since its launch, the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo has involved more than 6,615 schools and 912 colleges, with over 3.3 million students in 104 nations. The 2025 conference will also feature the IC3 Awards, the IC3 Host School Student & Parent Conference, and interactive learning workshops that have been specially designed to assist instructors in creating meaningful, student-focused guidance models.
