MBN, Kyungsung University, TV Osaka Partner to Build Media Talent

    Maeil Broadcasting Network (MBN) has partnered with Kyungsung University and Japan’s TV Osaka to boost student skills and career opportunities in media and content creation. The three organizations signed an MOU to strengthen education, training, and industry collaboration between Korea and Japan.

    The partnership will offer hands-on learning through internships, field training, and real-world projects. Students will gain direct exposure to broadcasting environments, helping them build practical skills for future jobs in media and entertainment.

    The three partners also plan to co-develop television programs, allowing students to participate in cross-border content creation. This will help them understand global trends and improve creative and technical abilities.

    In addition, the collaboration includes seminars, exhibitions, and forums to encourage knowledge sharing and industry interaction. A key initiative is a reality show featuring young participants from both countries, aimed at improving cultural understanding and communication skills.

    The agreement also covers sharing of resources, including facilities, expertise, and research efforts. This will support stronger academic and industry connections while enhancing learning outcomes.
