    • A Centre of Excellence will be set up for Indo-Japanese training and research, including student/faculty exchange, OJT programs, and multilingual e-learning support.

In a significant move towards establishing overseas employment opportunities for Indian youth, Medhavi Group and Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi to mutually provide skill-based courses in tune with the employment requirements of both India and Japan. The MoU was inked by Mr. Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University (MSU) and Mr. Ashutosh Singh, Founder of Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF).

Through this partnership, the two institutions will jointly develop NSQF-compliant vocational programs that will emphasize strong international job readiness. The curriculum will be designed to suit Japan's local employment standards and needs, particularly in healthcare, agriculture, and hospitality providing direct placement for Medhavi students in Japan.

The alliance also incorporates student and faculty exchange programs, internships across borders, and on-the-job training (OJT) programs, allowing live exposure to industry settings. Japanese students will also receive hands-on training in India.

A Centre of Excellence, Indo-Japanese, will be created to facilitate industry-sponsored training and research. Besides this, multilingual language laboratories and blended e-learning modules will assist in overcoming communication gaps and aggregating global reach for these programs.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Kuldip Sarma stated, "This collaboration is a step towards empowering India's youth with global employability. Through industry-specific training and international placements, we seek to create a skilled workforce that addresses global demand".

Mr. Ashutosh Singh added, "Our partnership with Medhavi is aimed at directly connecting education with employment in Japan. Together, we are creating the foundation for a new generation of globally competitive professionals".

The signing of the MoU was witnessed by senior officials, academics, and dignitaries from both organizations.
