Ajman University has launched two state-of-the-art facilities, the Immersive & Virtual Lab and the PharmaPro Learning Hub, to strengthen applied health education and prepare students for the evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world professional practice.
The Immersive & Virtual Lab uses virtual reality and simulation technologies to replicate clinical and pharmaceutical environments. Students can practice complex scenarios, develop clinical reasoning, and refine decision-making and problem-solving skills all within a safe, controlled setting. This hands-on approach ensures learners gain competence and confidence before entering the workforce.
The PharmaPro Learning Hub complements this by providing practical exposure to key pharmaceutical processes, including drug formulation, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory compliance. By familiarizing students with international standards and operational workflows, the hub ensures graduates are industry-ready from day one.
Together, these facilities support Ajman University’s mission to deliver practice-driven education. The focus is on equipping students with digital, technical, and professional skills aligned with modern healthcare demands. Graduates will be better prepared for employment in hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical industries while adapting to ongoing digital transformation in the sector.
