Asia Cytometry Education Advances with CYTO Connect China 2027

The International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC) and the Chinese Society of Biotechnology (CSBT) have jointly announced CYTO Connect China 2027, a new international scientific meeting designed to strengthen education, research collaboration and professional development in the field of cytometry across Asia and the wider global community.

The event will bring together researchers, clinicians, shared resource laboratory professionals, biotechnology and pharmaceutical experts, technology developers, students and early-career scientists from China, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, North America and other parts of the world. Organizers describe it as a landmark opportunity to connect the rapidly growing Chinese cytometry community with international peers and to expand high-quality scientific exchange in the region.

CYTO Connect China 2027 is planned as a one-day workshop followed by a three-day scientific meeting and educational program. The conference will be hosted locally with the support of the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation (SMART), which has been designated by CSBT as the local host organization. CYTO Connect is an ISAC initiative created to partner with regional societies in delivering high-quality scientific meetings around the world. It builds on the success of CYTO Asia 2017 and the inaugural CYTO Connect Perth 2025, which was jointly organized by ISAC and the Australasian Cytometry Society. The China edition represents a further expansion of this international network into one of the world’s most dynamic scientific communities.
