Dubai Health and Johnson & Johnson MedTech have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to improve professional training, promote sustainable practices, and expand digital innovation in healthcare.
The partnership will focus on three key areas. First, both sides will introduce structured training programs and train-the-trainer initiatives to strengthen clinical skills and professional development. These efforts aim to equip healthcare workers with updated knowledge and practical expertise.
Second, the collaboration will expand sustainability efforts by introducing recycling programs across selected hospitals. The initiative supports responsible healthcare operations while reducing environmental impact.

Third, the MoU promotes the use of advanced digital systems in surgical and clinical settings.
