LaennecAI Unveils Zorgm Pro, A Free Medical Education Platform

  • Synopsis
LaennecAI has launched Zorgm Pro, a free medical education platform designed to support learning and professional development in healthcare. The platform provides access to educational resources, clinical knowledge, and training tools for students and medical professionals. By offering free, technology-driven learning opportunities, Zorgm Pro aims to improve medical education accessibility, enhance skills development, and promote continuous learning in the healthcare sector.

LaennecAI has launched Zorgm Pro, a free AI-powered medical education platform for verified doctors in India and the United Kingdom, aimed at supporting continuing medical education, self-learning, and evidence-based clinical updates.

The company announced that the new platform is designed exclusively for licensed physicians and will provide answers to medical education queries using a curated database of clinical guidelines, medicines information, and peer-reviewed medical literature. The launch comes as healthcare professionals face increasing pressure to stay updated with rapidly changing medical knowledge, evolving treatment guidelines, revised diagnostic standards, and new research findings.

According to LaennecAI, Zorgm Pro has been developed as a clinician-focused educational tool rather than a general-purpose artificial intelligence platform. The company said many physicians have started using AI tools for medical information, but concerns remain about the reliability, traceability, and clinical relevance of responses generated from open internet sources.

Dr. Jase John, MBBS, MPH, Co-Founder of LaennecAI, said the platform was created to help doctors meet their responsibility of staying current with the latest medical evidence while maintaining professional judgment in clinical practice. He stated that Zorgm Pro is built around evidence, source transparency, regional relevance, and educational use.

The company said the platform uses retrieval-grounded AI, which generates responses from a doctor-reviewed medical knowledge base rather than searching unrestricted internet content. The knowledge base includes trusted clinical guidelines, medicines information, scientific references, and peer-reviewed research publications. LaennecAI stated that if sufficient evidence is unavailable within its curated sources, the system is designed not to generate an answer.

Access to Zorgm Pro is currently limited to verified physicians. Doctors in India can register using their National Medical Commission (NMC) credentials, while doctors in the UK can gain access through verification with the General Medical Council (GMC). The company said the verification process is intended to ensure that the platform remains an educational resource for licensed medical professionals.

LaennecAI also emphasized the platform's focus on regional clinical guidance. For Indian users, the knowledge base incorporates resources from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), alongside international clinical guidelines and scientific references. Additional sources include medicines information databases, regulatory resources, and medical literature from global healthcare organizations.

Dr. Arathy Varghese, PhD, Co-Founder of LaennecAI, said the objective of the platform is to organize trusted medical information into a searchable and conversational format that enables doctors to access evidence more efficiently. She noted that the platform combines guidelines, medicines information, and peer-reviewed research within a single interface.

The company said privacy and data protection are central features of the platform. According to LaennecAI, personal information collected during verification and use of the service will not be shared with third-party organizations.

LaennecAI clarified that Zorgm Pro is an educational reference platform and is not intended to function as a diagnostic tool, prescribing system, triage platform, bedside clinical decision-support solution, or Software as a Medical Device. Physicians remain responsible for applying clinical guidance within the context of individual patients and local healthcare protocols.

The platform is now available through the Zorgm Pro website as well as iOS and Android applications for verified doctors in India and the UK. LaennecAI said it plans to expand the service to additional countries and incorporate more regional guideline frameworks in the future.
