DataFlow Services FZ LLC, operator of the TrueProfile.io credential verification and professional development platform, and MediLearning International, an Irish-based digital education provider registered in Dubai, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand access to high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) and continuing medical education (CME) for healthcare professionals throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Under the agreement, MediLearning will provide a minimum of 70 Dubai Health Authority (DHA)-accredited CPD and CME courses designed for doctors, dentists, nurses, and pharmacists. These courses will be listed and promoted on the TrueProfile.io marketplace, giving verified healthcare professionals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman a convenient, trusted pathway to complete the education required to maintain their professional licenses.

Healthcare regulators across the GCC require professionals to earn a set number of CPD/CME credits each year to keep their licenses active. While the importance of ongoing education is widely recognized, most regulators currently allow only about 30 percent of these credits to be earned through online learning. At the same time, no single established platform has offered a comprehensive range of accredited courses tailored to the needs of the region’s diverse healthcare workforce.

This partnership directly addresses that gap. By embedding DHA-accredited courses into the same digital platform that healthcare professionals already use for credential verification, DataFlow and MediLearning are creating a more seamless experience. Professionals can now move from verifying their qualifications to completing the ongoing education required for license renewal without switching between multiple systems or searching for scattered resources.
