NetClass Technology Inc (Nasdaq: NTCL), a B2B smart education IT solutions provider with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, has received the Outstanding Case Award for its multi-agent AI language teaching system at the 2026 Digital Lifelong Learning International Conference.
The conference took place on October 16-17, 2026, at Shanghai Open University. It was co-organized by Shanghai Open University, the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL), and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE). NetClass’s case study, titled “Multi-Agent Collaboration-Driven Foreign Language Teaching Assessment and Personalized Learning Support Practice,” was selected from a nationwide pool of submissions focused on AI-empowered smart learning ecosystems.
The initiative addresses common challenges in traditional foreign language instruction. These include limited opportunities for oral practice, delayed grading feedback, and difficulty converting evaluation metrics into tailored lesson plans. The system applies multi-agent architectures and large language models (LLMs) to overcome these constraints.
It is built on the company’s proprietary AI English Go instruction system and CEPA assessment engine. The platform coordinates specialized agents that analyze discrete language components. These components include pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, discourse structure, and pragmatic usage.
To manage common issues with LLM outputs such as variance and limited explainability, the software uses confidence score fusion, anomaly flagging, dynamic routing, and human instructor review. This human-in-the-loop approach applies especially to open-ended assignments like oral dialogue and composition.
At the conference, NetClass Deputy General Manager Jing Wang presented the case study. She also joined discussions with academic researchers and industry peers on practical ways to integrate AI into higher education.
Dr. Jianbiao Dai, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NetClass, commented on the recognition. “Receiving this recognition from prestigious institutions like UNESCO IITE and UIL validates our conviction that multi-agent AI architectures represent the future of educational technology,” he said. “Language teachers frequently spend excessive hours on routine error correction rather than direct instruction.
By assigning discrete evaluation tasks to specialized software agents with human-in-the-loop controls, our platform provides reliable, diagnostic feedback that faculty can use in real time. This award fuels our strategic ambition to continuously push the boundaries of applied AI, expanding our multi-agent framework across broader subjects, diverse languages, and new global markets to fundamentally redefine digital education.”
The system has already scaled to nearly 100 institutions. It supports more than 40,000 students and three accredited Shanghai university courses. This deployment demonstrates practical application rather than a limited pilot or demonstration.

NetClass focuses on B2B smart education IT solutions. Its offerings serve schools, training institutions, corporations, and public agencies. The multi-agent approach for language teaching forms part of a broader effort to deliver diagnostic feedback and personalized learning support through AI-driven platforms.
The award highlights the value of combining automated analysis of specific language skills with teacher oversight. Specialized agents handle targeted evaluations of pronunciation, vocabulary selection, grammatical accuracy, discourse structure, and pragmatic usage. Teachers then review open-ended work and use the diagnostic data to guide instruction.
This structure aims to free instructors from repetitive correction tasks so they can focus more on direct teaching and student interaction. The inclusion of confidence scoring, anomaly detection, and dynamic routing helps improve reliability and transparency of the AI-generated insights.
Selection of the case from a nationwide pool of AI-empowered smart learning submissions underscores the practical relevance of the multi-agent design for higher education and lifelong learning settings. The conference itself brought together organizers with strong credentials in lifelong learning and educational technology, providing a platform for sharing integration methods between researchers and industry participants.
NetClass continues to position its AI English Go and CEPA platforms as tools that support scalable, diagnostic language education. The recognition at the 2026 Digital Lifelong Learning International Conference affirms the approach of using coordinated specialized agents alongside human review to deliver timely, actionable feedback for language learners and their teachers.
The company maintains offices across Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo as it advances its smart education solutions. The award supports its stated goal of extending multi-agent frameworks to additional subjects, languages, and markets while keeping educators central to the instructional process.
