Adeera & HTMi Launch Program to Train Saudi Hospitality Talent

    Adeera has partnered with HTMi, a leading hospitality and tourism management institute, to train and empower Saudi talent in the hospitality sector. The collaboration aims to prepare young Saudis for careers in hotels and tourism, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.

    The program combines classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience across Adeera’s hotel operations. Participants will gain essential skills in service excellence, leadership, and professional standards, giving them the tools to succeed and advance in the hospitality industry.

    Graduates will receive certification and have opportunities to join Adeera’s hotel brands, creating a clear path from training to employment. The initiative focuses on turning potential into capability and building the next generation of Saudi hospitality leaders.
