BlueBand Partners Nationwide to Improve Children's Nutrition Educatio

    • Nationwide initiative reaches more than 1,000 schools with structured nutrition education programs
    • Strong focus on building early-life food skills, balanced diets, and long-term healthy eating habits
    • Collaboration brings together parents, teachers, nutrition experts, and institutions to support children’s growth and learning

BlueBand has reinforced its commitment to children’s nutrition education in Indonesia through a large-scale national collaboration marking National Nutrition Day 2026. The initiative highlights the role of balanced nutrition in supporting children’s growth, learning ability, and long-term skill development.

As part of the campaign, BlueBand, a leading margarine brand under Flora Food Group, relaunched its 'One Spoon of BlueBand Nutritional Goodness' program with improved levels of omega-3, omega-6, and essential vitamins. The effort was strengthened through a partnership with the Indonesian Nutritionists Association (Persagi), which rolled out a simultaneous nutrition education program across more than 1,000 schools nationwide.

The program was officially highlighted at a National Nutrition Day event held in Jakarta on January 25, where BlueBand positioned itself as a long-term partner to families in building healthy daily eating habits. According to Persagi Chairman Ir. Doddy Izwardy, the initiative involved thousands of nutritionists and reached tens of thousands of students, teachers, and parents. He said early nutrition education helps children build lifelong healthy habits and supports the development of competitive future generations.

BlueBand also carried out in-person activities at selected Jakarta schools, featuring cooking demonstrations, interactive games, and practical learning materials to help families apply nutrition lessons at home. The nationwide effort earned recognition from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for the largest simultaneous nutrition education program.
