The arrangement is to grow student recruitment in Africa and the Middle East into Davis University's on-campus associate and bachelor degree programs.
Commenting on the partnership, Jianbo Zhang, Chief Executive Officer of EpicQuest Education says, "This partnership is a strategic step in our endeavor to bring Davis University's international student constituency beyond China and India". MSM Unify, a worldwide student recruitment network based in Canada, will be Davis University's sole recruitment partner for these markets. The organization has a reputation for end-to-end services such as student applications, visa facilitation, and analytics-based recruitment practices, which will enhance the rate of conversion of students and cater to market needs. Davis University will assess students recruited through MSM Unify according to academic criteria and English proficiency standards.

Moreover, the firm has ventured into educational and entertainment projects through its subsidiaries Gilmore Inv LLC and SouthGilmore LLC, which specialize in international kinesiology programs and sports-related entertainment, respectively.
EpicQuest indicated that although the deal with MSM Unify presents promising growth prospects, any estimate of future student enrollment or performance is subject to risks and uncertainties that may impact actual results.
