The Institute for Educational Research and Publication (IFERP), an academic and research organization based in Chennai, India, under the umbrella of Technoarete Group, has entered into two seminal Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Philippine institutions: Tabaco College and Central Philippines State University (CPSU), Hinigaran Campus. The said agreements were inked virtually on June 9 and 10, 2025, with the intent of fostering international academic collaboration and encouraging cross-disciplinary research.
As part of the MoU with Tabaco College, the college becomes an Institutional Member of IFERP. This membership will grant Tabaco College staff and students access to IFERP's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited international conferences, collaborative research projects, curriculum design, and professional development activities. Interdisciplinary studies in tune with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), education innovation, and community‑based educational projects will be given a special thrust
The association with CPSU, Hinigaran Campus makes it an Academic Partner for the future International Conference on Converging Disciplines in Arts, Linguistics, Education, Social Sciences, and Humanities (ICDALESH) on October 23‑24, 2025, at Manila. The partnership is meant to raise the global research profile of the university, advance multidisciplinary scholarship, and enhance publication excellence tributeindia.com.
Mr Subhrajyoti Ranjan Sahu, IFERP CPIO, highlighted the strategic significance of the agreements: "These MoUs represent a major step in bridging academic communities across borders, achieving meaningful research, inclusive education, and mutual academic growth."
Referring to the alliance, Atty Antonio Z. Biglaen, Tabaco College President and Founder, stated: "We are excited to become a part of IFERP. The alliance will boost international interaction, capacity‑development, and research that can respond to real‑world problems." Dr Aladino C. Moraca, CPSU President, and Dr Riza Stephanie Abada, Graduate School Dean, meanwhile stated: "We welcome our partnership with IFERP as it enhances our academic presence and sustains globally competent researchers."
