Mr. Avaneesh Kumar Rai, Manager, Naval's National Academy, Dohrighat, was the Guest of Honor who presented his insights on the changing role of educational institutions in present times.
He stated, "Educational institutions these days are more than institutions of learning; they are innovation incubators, inclusivity hubs, and global competency builders. In a world where things change very fast, they have to foster critical thinking, flexibility, and values, getting the students ready not merely for work, but for life".
More than 400 teachers and counselors from different parts of the region attended the ceremony, during which some of the finest teachers and mentors were awarded for their dedication towards academic excellence and student grooming. Dr. Vinay Kumar, Director Academics, Naval's National Academy Group of Schools, Gorakhpur, Coordinator, Bar Council of India (cell), was present on the occasion, whose presence acted as a source of academic exchange, collaborative endeavors, and learning about NIU's advanced drives towards higher education.
NIU officials underscored the mission of the university to fill the gap between local talent and international opportunities through quality and inclusive education.
