    • Nord Anglia Education adds Regent’s International School Bangkok to its global network of 80+ schools in 36 countries.
    • Partnership includes major investment in new AI labs, sports facilities, and upgraded boarding.
    • Students gain access to global learning opportunities with institutions like MIT, UNICEF, and The Juilliard School.

Leading international schools group Nord Anglia Education has officially welcomed Regent’s International School Bangkok into its global network of schools spanning 36 countries, strengthening its footprint in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Regent’s Bangkok, founded in 1999 and recognised as one of Thailand’s premier day and boarding schools, joins its sister school Regents International School Pattaya (part of Nord Anglia since 2012) and St Andrews International School Bangkok under the group’s banner. The school serves over 800 students from 32 nationalities, offering the English National Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, alongside a strong focus on character development, leadership, and service learning.

The partnership continues the long-standing relationship between Nord Anglia and the Techavijit family, who will maintain leadership roles Dr. Virachai Techavijit as Chairman and Khun Kwanshanok Techavijit as Board Director.

Nord Anglia CEO Andrew Fitzmaurice highlighted the school’s blend of academic excellence, community spirit, and global citizenship. As part of the group, Regent’s Bangkok will retain its unique ethos while gaining access to Nord Anglia’s Global Campus platform, international collaborations with MIT, UNICEF, The Juilliard School, and IMG Academy, and global exchange opportunities with students from more than 80 schools worldwide.

Planned investments include a new multi-purpose building featuring AI and technology labs, an indoor sports hall, upgraded boarding facilities, an early years playground, an IB lounge, and enhanced sports fields.

With access to cutting-edge learning environments, personalised education, and world-class extracurricular programmes, the move promises to provide Regent’s Bangkok students and staff with opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
