Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited 'Skillful Craftsman' or the 'Company' EDTK, an education technology company dedicated to promoting technological innovation in education by transforming educational institutions digitally, announced new business initiatives that will drive the Company's growth today.
Mr. Bin Fu, Skillful Craftsman Chief Executive Officer made the announcement, "Our new business initiatives involve innovative orientation and a new business agenda". These encompass empowerment of digital and AI technology in education, development of an intelligent learning platform, and offering innovative education technology consulting services. In our opinion, we have formulated a new strategy for the Company to advance aligned with the realities of the modern-day marketplace.
Mr. Fu added, "We are a new world with new technology that will incorporate more use of AI. We intend on continuing to expand our utilization of AI and draw upon our experience in offering technology services like the creation of tailored software". We have already completed a number of projects for private firms and universities in China, and we intend to leverage our business expertise and ongoing strong relationships for expansion into this new arena. We feel that our new business endeavors will lead to a very scalable business as well as opportunities to work with strategic partners.

As previously disclosed, Skillful Craftsman has recently recruited two seasoned experts, a Chief Technology Officer 'CTO' and a Chief Product Officer 'CPO'. Mr. Chunyang Yuan, the Company's new CTO, is a lead software development engineer with over 20 years of software development background, 8 years of work experience in multinational software corporations, and over 10 years of R&D background. Mr. Jie Ma, the Company's new Chief Product Officer, is a seasoned product professional with more than 12 years of product management experience and has been heavily engaged in the domain of AI and product innovation.
