The University of Hong Kong, has declared Full-Ride Scholarship for CBSE best brains. The opportunity was announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Students interested can apply at the official portal.
The scholarship will be available to those students who have shown outstanding performance in their CBSE examinations the result for which was declared. Candidates eligible for this scholarship will have to satisfy certain criteria set out in the official statement, such as minimum percentages and admission in recognized institutions.
"CBSE is a National Board. Its students every year get shortlisted in all National/State Level Entrance Examination for the admission in Professional Colleges in a large number. These students excel not just in professional colleges but in their professional and social life also".
"With the introduction of New Education Policy 2020, CBSE has laid stress more on competency based education and assessment. Due to the quality education provided by the affiliated schools and our students, Higher Education Institutions abroad are granting various exemptions and facilitations to the students. These exemptions and facilitations are being informed to the schools to be communicated to the students so that they could be benefited," an official notice read.
University of Hong Kong is ranked 17th in the World QS University Rankings 2025, 18th in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence QS University Rankings 2025, and 13th in the Times Higher Education (THE) Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2025.
