Boke Technology Limited, the world leader in digital entertainment, has formally launched its revolutionary SDG Hero Project in Lagos, Nigeria, a CSR corporate initiative set to empower 5,000 students across the state to be able to interact with all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
At the core of the project is Boke's innovative 'Game+' model, a gamified learning experience combining education with entertainment. The centerpiece, the SDG Hero board game, places students in the role of "heroes" who must solve global sustainability problems through teamwork, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
"This is not a game; it's a movement empowering young people to create global change. Boke's blend of gaming and social responsibility empowers the next generation to create a sustainable world", stated Yuqin Lin, International Director of Boke's SDG Hero Project.
The project is implemented in collaboration with Bracken Media Solutions, a 360 creative marketing agency recognized for combining technology and storytelling to create social impact. With clients such as Coca-Cola, Google, and OPay, Bracken contributes strategic exposure and creative power to the project.

"At Bracken, we believe creativity is a force for sustainable change", said Mahmood Oyewo, Managing Director of Bracken Media. "Working with Boke enables us to influence how young people perceive and address global issues.
Underpinning the outreach and education components is Real Impact, a Nigerian NGO dedicated to changing public education in disadvantaged communities. The organization is collaborating with Boke and Bracken to guarantee inclusive access and enduring sustainability of the programme.
"Education goes far beyond the classroom, this program gives students the power to think critically and act locally. We are honored to assist young Nigerians in using global goals to make real change", stated Karen Abah, Executive Director of Real Impact.
The SDG Hero Project is in line with Nigeria's Agenda 2050 and Lagos State's 2023 Voluntary Local Review, making Lagos a leading center for local sustainability innovation. Since its inception, the program has certified over 1,000 gamified education mentors ('Game Masters') and reached over 60,000 youth participants worldwide.
The project is also aided by global partnerships, such as with UNESCO and the UN Global Compact, to create locally applicable SDG education materials in Africa and Southeast Asia. With the SDG Hero Project, Boke Technology is revolutionizing CSR, demonstrating how online entertainment can be a mighty vehicle for education, empowerment, and sustainable development.
