The UAE has introduced the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Fellowships programme that is aimed at preparing the next generation of government leaders who will be capable of propelling the future economic growth and digital transformation of the country. The programme includes two specialist master's programmes: one in Economic Strategies and International Policy, and one in Artificial Intelligence for the Government.
Created in collaboration with the world's top universities such as Oxford, MIT, Georgetown, New York University, and Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, the fellowships aim to create a future-proof government talent pool based on innovation and evidence-driven policymaking.
The initial 200 outstanding Emirati public servants from government institutions within the UAE will be chosen in the initial phase.
