- Wrtn Technologies launches a nationwide project to boost AI literacy, offering free online AI education vouchers worth ₩200,000 per person
- Partners with LG AI Research Institute, FuriosaAI, Ablelearn, and Inflearn to develop and deliver AI education programs for all skill levels
- Plans to introduce an AI competency certification system and release a full AI education curriculum by the end of the year
Wrtn Technologies, an AI service platform corporations, announced on the 6th that it will start in earnest a nationwide project to reinforce AI capabilities, including issuing free vouchers for online AI education and developing an AI education curriculum. Wrtn signed a business partnership agreement last Aug. with LG AI Research Institute and AI Semiconductor corporations FuriosaAI to realize the vision of 'AI for all'.
A Wrtn official said, “Through this program, we would like to expand beyond exploring infrastructure collaboration in order to promote the practical effects of directly and indirectly supporting AI education and related activities”.
Wrtn has partnered with Ablelearn, an AI literacy education specialist corporation, and Inflearn, an online education platform, to distribute vouchers that enable people to take AI education content for free. This curriculum is designed in a broad way: from courses for AI beginners who understand Generative AI's basic prompting for the use of AI tools, AI ethics, and proper usage to tailored lectures specialized by audience, such as preventing voice phishing with AI, store marketing using AI, polishing resumes with AI.
Wrtn will provide a free education voucher for taking this course worth 200,000 won per person. It is currently targeting about 200 people, and plans to expand to about 1,000 by the first half of next year.

Wrtn also plans to independently develop and publish an AI education curriculum and an AI competency and aptitude certification system. In the AI education curriculum, both online and offline courses reflecting the needs of various people-from members of the general public unversed in AI to office workers, small business owners, and groups that are at a disadvantage regarding AI-will be provided.
Wrtn will also develop an AI competency and aptitude certification system that will help individuals and organizations that go through AI literacy education objectively measure their level and continue to raise their capability. The system does not stop at simple questions about knowledge in AI but verifies how specifically a user uses AI. Both the AI education curriculum and the competency and aptitude certification system are scheduled to be released within this year.
Park Min-jun, CEO of WrtnAX, who oversees this project, said, “A society’s AX capabilities are directly linked to each individual’s AI literacy”. He then added, “By expanding the target of the ‘AI voucher’ so that everybody can get AI education easily and conveniently, we will take the lead in strengthening our society’s overall AI competitiveness”.
