- Aqua-Tots opens two new swim schools in Thailand
- Expansion focuses on child safety and structured swim education
- Program supports early learning to reduce drowning risks
Aqua-Tots Swim School has expanded its presence in Thailand with the opening of two new locations, Aqua-Tots Rayong and Aqua-Tots Ratchapruek–Chaiyapruek. The new schools mark another step in the brand’s regional growth and its ongoing mission to make high-quality swim education more accessible to families.
Aqua-Tots Rayong is operated by local owners Beauty Sarunthorn and Boss Weeraphat Wongmaneerung, while Aqua-Tots Ratchapruek–Chaiyapruek is led by Tiparad Sitthimonamnuay, who also serves as the master developer for Aqua-Tots in Thailand. Both facilities are purpose-built with modern infrastructure, offering a safe and welcoming environment where children can learn water safety and swimming skills through structured, year-round programs.
The expansion comes at a time when swim education remains critical in Thailand, where waterways and aquatic activities are part of everyday life. According to the country’s Public Health Ministry, drowning incidents peak during the summer months, particularly in April, highlighting the importance of early and consistent swim training. Research continues to show that formal swim lessons significantly reduce the risk of drowning among children.

Company representatives emphasized that the new schools aim to go beyond teaching swimming by helping children build confidence and essential life skills. Aqua-Tots offers programs for children as young as four months, with lessons tailored to different age groups and abilities.
Founded in the United States over 30 years ago, Aqua-Tots has grown into a global network with more than 180 locations across 14 countries. The organization has taught over 2.5 million children, supported by a structured curriculum and a child-focused teaching approach.
With the launch of these new centers, Aqua-Tots continues to strengthen its commitment to water safety and community impact in Thailand, expanding opportunities for families to access professional swim education.
