The formal agreement was signed at IIT Guwahati, with leaders from all three institutions present to mark the occasion. Representing the university, Vice Chancellor Prof. Ramesh Chandra Deka signed the LoI alongside IIT Guwahati Director Devendra Jalihal and Gifu University President Kazuhiro Yoshida, symbolizing a shared commitment to strengthening educational and research ties between Northeast India and Japan.
