INSEAD, ADGM Academy Partner On Scholarships For Emirati Talent

    • INSEAD and ADGM Academy marked seven years of collaboration by launching ten scholarships for UAE Nationals to pursue executive education at INSEAD in 2026.
    • The initiative aims to develop future-ready Emirati leaders, aligning with the UAE’s vision for a strong, knowledge-based financial and economic ecosystem.
    • Scholarship recipients will gain access to world-class global management education, strengthening local leadership capacity in finance and business.

    INSEAD, The Business School for the World, and ADGM Academy (ADGMA), one of the leading institutions in the region for banking, finance, and public services learning, came together in a move to celebrate a milestone. On a special occasion of seven years of excellence in providing world-class learning and exposure for individuals facing fast-paced change in the market, they jointly celebrated by unveiling ten scholarships for UAE Nationals who can then pursue world-class open enrolment executive learning at INSEAD in 2026.

    The collaboration, which was announced during the Abu Dhabi Finance Week, reflects the mutual commitment of the two institutions for the development of ‘future-ready leaders’ who would help shape the future of the financial and economic landscape in the UAE.

    The ADGM Academy will shortlist the potential Emirati candidates who can be nominated according to INSEAD's requirements. In addition, the scholarship will enable individuals to acquire the most up-to-date knowledge and insights of the world, allowing them to succeed and prosper in the competitive world economy.

    "INSEAD has always had strong roots in Abu Dhabi since the opening of our Middle East Campus in 2007”, adds Professor Mark Mortensen, Associate Dean of the INSEAD Middle East Campus. “We have always wanted to contribute to the development of the UAE’s knowledge economy and leadership development agenda, and partnering with ADGM Academy to empower Emirati professionals with global management education will enable us to do this”. Mortensen adds that one of the aims of providing the executive management programmes is to develop local talent that will help determine the “future of the financial and business landscape of the region.
