Jobstreet by SEEK has introduced a new campaign called SMEasy, aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines streamline their hiring process and access quality talent more easily.
The SMEasy campaign focuses on Jobstreet’s free job posting feature designed specifically for SME owners. This feature allows businesses to post job ads on the platform and tap into a nationwide database of nearly 14 million candidates. It also promotes the importance of using legitimate hiring platforms to reduce fraud and improve hiring security.
The hiring process has been simplified into a few easy steps. Employers can create an account, verify their details, and post a job using the 'Lite' option. Once the job description and screening questions are filled out, the listing becomes visible to active job seekers at no cost.
