Singapore Management University (SMU) has launched a Master of Science in Business AI to prepare professionals to lead in an AI-driven economy. The program addresses a critical talent gap, business leaders who can understand and apply AI to strategy, decision-making, and operations.
Aligned with Singapore’s SkillsFuture and Smart Nation initiatives, the program responds to growing demand for AI-fluent leadership as organizations across Asia-Pacific integrate AI into daily workflows. While AI tools are widely available, few leaders can translate technology into real business value.
SMU’s program is business-focused, emphasizing responsible AI adoption, risk management, and strategic transformation. The curriculum combines business fundamentals with AI concepts, ethics, and governance, bridging the gap between management and technical teams.
