This international ranking, considered one of the most impactful indicators in higher education, reflects SMVDU's consistent focus on academic quality, research development, and institutional growth.

To this global recognition, SMVDU has also achieved major improvements in THE Asia University Rankings 2025, where it is included in the 301-350 band, further cementing its growing status among top Asian universities. In THE India Rankings 2025, the university continued its ranking in the 801-1000 band, testifying to consistency in performance against primary educational indicators.
In addition to institutional rankings, SMVDU has also fared well in subject-specific global rankings.
