Synopsis
TrueBusiness and Google for Education have partnered to help Thai universities adopt artificial intelligence and digital learning technologies. The initiative aims to improve teaching quality, strengthen digital skills, and prepare students and educators for the future workforce.
TrueBusiness has partnered with Google for Education to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across Thailand’s higher education sector. The collaboration aims to help universities build AI-driven learning environments while equipping educators and students with future-ready digital skills.
The nationwide initiative focuses on creating a comprehensive AI ecosystem that supports teaching, learning, administration, and workforce development. By combining digital infrastructure, AI-powered tools, and educator training, the partnership seeks to improve educational quality and strengthen Thailand’s global competitiveness.
Under the collaboration, TrueBusiness will provide advanced connectivity solutions, including private Wi-Fi networks, to support seamless digital learning across university campuses. At the same time, Google Workspace for Education will offer AI-enabled learning and collaboration tools designed to help educators and students work securely from any location and device.
The initiative reflects the growing role of AI in education and the increasing demand for digital skills in modern workplaces. Universities participating in the program will receive access to technologies that support both academic excellence and workforce readiness.
A major component of the partnership focuses on helping educators adapt to the AI era. Through Google Workspace for Education, teachers can use AI tools such as Gemini to gain learning insights, create personalized study plans, and develop innovative lesson materials. These tools are intended to make teaching more efficient while improving student engagement.
The collaboration will also introduce automation technologies to reduce administrative workloads. TrueBusiness plans to deploy solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks, allowing educators to dedicate more time to teaching and student support.
In addition, academic staff will receive training through True Digital Academy to strengthen their digital capabilities and prepare them for technology-driven educational environments.
Speaking about the initiative, Dr Teeradet Dumrongbhalasitr highlighted the importance of creating a complete ecosystem that supports students, teachers, and institutions simultaneously. He said, “Transforming the Thai education sector in the AI era to achieve sustainable outcomes requires an ecosystem that supports the transition of learners, educators, and educational institutions in parallel”.
According to Dr. Teeradet, the partnership aims to create practical AI roadmaps for universities and help institutions integrate digital technologies into teaching, administration, and skills development. He emphasized that the initiative goes beyond classroom technology adoption and focuses on building a sustainable education ecosystem that prepares graduates for future careers.
