S.P.A’s kitchen facilities are a standout feature, designed by a team that has worked on setups for five-star hotels. Equipped with advanced tools and a dedicated gas bank for safety and efficiency, the kitchen accommodates over 40 students at a time, allowing for seamless hands-on learning.
The S.P.A also features a fully equipped restaurant that can serve more than 25 guests simultaneously, providing students with real-world hospitality management experience. Adjacent to this is the housekeeping room, a spacious facility designed based on recommendations from industry experts. This area features a king-size room setup, allowing students to practice under realistic conditions.
The campus features modern, air-conditioned classrooms with multimedia tools like projectors and smart boards for interactive learning. They bring practical expertise in housekeeping, food and beverage services, and food production. Additionally, the faculty includes educators with extensive academic backgrounds from top university-affiliated colleges, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
Furthermore, gaining practical industry experience is a key challenge for hotel management students. S.P.A. addresses this through strategic partnerships and structured learning. The Managing Director’s strong public relations have enabled S.P.A to establish MOUs with leading hotel chains, ensuring students gain real-world exposure.
These partnerships provide practical training opportunities with stipends, adding value to their learning. Students must complete at least 20 hours of industry experience per semester, participating in banquets, restaurant services, kitchen operations, and housekeeping tasks.

Notable collaborations with establishments like Soaltee Westend Premier, Hotel Siddhartha Nepalgunj host student orientations and hotel visit programs, bridging the gap between academics and industry. In compliance with Tribhuvan University guidelines, three out of every 33 admissions are reserved for university-sponsored scholarships. The S.P.A also offers its scholarships for athletes, government school graduates, and financially constrained yet academically gifted students.
S.P.A does have a dedicated placement cell, and the program director personally oversees job placement as he has much experience in this internship placement. Here, it leverages global connections and partnerships with placement agencies to facilitate internship and job opportunities for students. Internships often lead to full-time positions, as companies tend to hire high-performing interns.
