Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has signed a partnership agreement with Medical Excellence Japan to strengthen medical technology research, skill development, and innovation in India.

The agreement focuses on research collaboration, technology transfer, investment promotion, and workforce development in the medical devices sector. Officials said the partnership aims to create stronger learning opportunities, industry-focused training, and future job creation in medical technology.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Rakesh Kumar Singh and Kenji Shibuya at Yeida’s office in Sector Omega I.

Under the agreement, Yeida will provide infrastructure support, land allocation, utilities, and policy incentives for companies setting up operations in the upcoming Medical Device Park. Medical Excellence Japan will contribute technical expertise, connect Japanese medical technology companies with Indian partners, and support knowledge-sharing programs.
