IN^X Education Signs 16 MoUs to Advance Future Skills

  • IN^X Education, the education and training arm of Capital H, has signed 16 new Memoranda of Understanding with a range of local and international educational institutions, technology companies and professional organisations.

The agreements aim to expand partnerships in education, training and future skills development. They form part of broader efforts to support talent development and improve workforce readiness in line with changing labour market needs.

The MoUs were formalised during IN^X Next 2026, an event organised by Capital H, the investment arm of the Higher Colleges of Technology. The gathering, held on Monday under the theme “Future of Education, Skills, and Workforce Development,” took place under the patronage and in the presence of Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Sports and Chairman of Capital H. Leaders, experts and decision-makers from government, education and business sectors attended.

Khalid Alhammadi, CEO of IN^X Education, described the signings as a strategic step. “With the signing of 16 new MoUs, we continue to expand our partnership network, marking a strategic step towards building an integrated ecosystem that connects education with the needs of the labour market and its future requirements.”

He explained that the partnerships bring together expertise from academic institutions, business sectors, professional organisations and specialised partners. The goal is to develop educational and training programmes and solutions that respond to evolving skills and job requirements, while opening wider opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Alhammadi added that the organisation looks forward to turning the collaborations into practical results. These should strengthen institutional efficiency, support innovation and growth, and help create an education ecosystem more closely aligned with the needs of the economy and its future direction.

The 16 partners include the Harvard Business School Club of the GCC, Singularity University, Oracle, Pearson, the Project Management Institute (PMI) – UAE Chapter, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), TÜV SÜD, Tetr College of Business, Open Innovation, Asuria, Efekta Education and Altruistic AI. Additional agreements were signed with SaveFast Training Academy, Mental, Gosu Academy and Polynome.

These partnerships strengthen IN^X Education’s strategic network and create new avenues for joint work on education and training programmes as well as the advancement of professional skills.

The signings reflect IN^X Education’s wider direction of expanding its partnership base. The organisation seeks to combine global expertise with practical solutions to develop educational, training and research programmes that match institutional requirements, national priorities and labour market demands in the UAE and the broader region.

By linking academic knowledge with industry and professional standards, the new agreements are intended to support the continuous updating of learning pathways. This approach helps ensure that programmes remain relevant as job roles and required competencies change.

The involvement of technology companies alongside academic and professional bodies points to a focus on both technical skills and broader capabilities needed in modern workplaces. Professional organisations such as PMI and SHRM bring recognised frameworks in project management and human resources, while technology partners contribute specialised knowledge in digital tools and systems.

The presence of international institutions alongside UAE-based organisations underlines the dual local and global orientation of the initiative. This combination supports the transfer of proven practices into the regional context while allowing local insights to inform programme design.

IN^X Next 2026 provided the platform for these commitments. The event brought together stakeholders who influence education policy, institutional strategy and workforce planning. The theme of future education, skills and workforce development framed the discussions and the formal agreements that followed.

Capital H, as the investment arm of the Higher Colleges of Technology, continues to position education and training as central to economic readiness. IN^X Education operates within this framework to build connections that translate into concrete programmes and opportunities.

The 16 MoUs represent a measurable expansion of the partner network. Each agreement opens defined channels for collaboration that can lead to joint curriculum development, specialised training offerings, certification pathways and knowledge-sharing activities.

As labour markets continue to evolve, the ability of education providers to adapt quickly becomes increasingly important. Partnerships of this kind offer a structured way to stay informed of emerging requirements and to respond with relevant learning solutions.

The agreements also support institutional capacity building. By working with established international and specialised partners, local organisations can draw on external expertise while contributing their own understanding of regional needs.

Overall, the signings at IN^X Next 2026 mark a clear step in strengthening the links between education providers, technology specialists and professional bodies. The focus remains on practical outcomes that improve the alignment between learning opportunities and the skills demanded by the economy.

IN^X Education has indicated that the next phase will involve translating the formal commitments into operational programmes and initiatives. The expanded network is expected to support ongoing efforts to prepare individuals and institutions for future workforce requirements in the UAE and the region.
