CoinEx Charity, the charity organization of international crypto exchange CoinEx, has effectively installed a Starlink satellite internet kit at the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Academy, located inside the Philippine National Police Academy in Silang, Cavite. This undertaking, part of CoinEx Charity's flagship program 'Bridge to Hope', highlights the organization's objective to bridge digital divides and empower education, public service, and community development through technology.
The installation gives the PDEA Academy, a leading government training center, high-speed, uninterruptible internet access, greatly boosting digital learning, work efficiency, and communication among departments. The deployment coincided with the opening ceremony of the PDEA Basic Course Class 2025-22 to emphasize the use of technology in enhancing governance and learning capability.
A ceremonial Deed of Donation formalized the turnover, witnessed by top PDEA officials, namely USEC Isagani Nerez, PDEA Director General; Director III Naravy Duquiatan, PDEA Academy Superintendent; and IA V Jury Rocamora, Assistant Superintendent, underlining the government's recognition of the significance of the project in enhancing digital infrastructure for law enforcement education.
By its 'Bridge to Hope' program, CoinEx Charity reveals the way technology can act as a human bridge, joining opportunity and progress. By bringing Starlink connectivity to schools and public facilities in disadvantaged regions, the initiative seeks to lower digital inequality, empower educational institutions, boost community resilience, and reinforce institutional digital strength. The PDEA Academy deployment is part of a series of successful missions, including in Benin, India, and Indonesia, further shaping CoinEx Charity's vision of an inclusive digital world.

Since its establishment in 2022, CoinEx Charity has undertaken various initiatives focused on education, sustainability, and connectivity. These consist of offering Starlink services to rural African and Southeast Asian schools and universities, giving away educational hardware and digital learning materials to local communities, and assisting ecological projects such as afforestation. All these initiatives show the firm's philosophy that blockchain and technology must be for humanity as tools for empowerment and not just as speculative tools.
The PDEA Academy project is an example of how public-private partnership can spur meaningful change. By offering concrete digital infrastructure, CoinEx Charity empowers government agencies to extend training capacity, integrate e-learning platforms, and enhance coordination among national departments, transforming connectivity into operational capacity. "Bridge to Hope is not simply about access to the internet; it's about inclusion, opportunity, and dignity. With every Starlink connection we install, we move closer to a world where technology is a human right where everyone can learn, communicate, and prosper", a CoinEx Charity representative stated.
