Hult International Business School has just announced the launch of a groundbreaking undergraduate program on its Dubai campus: a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship that integrates academic learning with real-world venture creation. At the heart of this degree is a Venture Studio, an on-campus accelerator where students will have the chance to actually create and launch their own startups while studying alongside peers receiving mentorship, workspace, and access to investors and seasoned entrepreneurs.
The MEL in Entrepreneurship curriculum is designed to provide students with a deep and hands-on understanding of what it takes to found and scale a business. Coursework spans entrepreneurial finance, seed funding, opportunity assessment, competitive market analysis, and business scaling-equipping learners with both the theory and practice needed to succeed in launching their own venture.
In this setting, entrepreneurial activity isn't an extracurricular activity but is intertwined with academic life; students may even earn degree credits while incubating their startup ideas in real-time.
Hult's Dubai campus, situated in Dubai Internet City, offers a particularly fertile ecosystem for such a program. The city is fast emerging as a major innovation hub, with heavy investor interest in sectors like AI and fintech.) Moreover, this degree is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education's Commission for Academic Accreditation, providing strong institutional legitimacy and helping ensure that graduates are well-positioned for meaningful opportunities post-study.

Martin Boehm, Executive Vice President & Global Dean at Hult, explains how the challenge-based curriculum makes this program different: It focuses on teamwork, real-world learning, and a global perspective while simultaneously allowing students to turn their boldest business ideas into viable, scalable ventures.
Besides the rigorous technical and business foundations, this new degree places a very strong focus on human-centered skills: communication, creative thinking, collaboration, critical reflection, and curiosity that Hult sees as indispensable in the leaders of tomorrow, in particular in a world increasingly dominated by AI. The program also offers executive coaching and mentorship to help students harness their unique strengths, define clear career goals, and develop personal resilience.
This launch is part of Hult’s broader push to expand its undergraduate offerings in innovative, interdisciplinary directions. Along with this Entrepreneurship degree, the school has recently announced new bachelor’s programs in Computer Science for Business as well as Psychology, Economics & Politics.
By fusing rigorous academic grounding with the opportunity to engage in running a live venture incubator, this new degree from Hult aspires to prepare a new generation of entrepreneurs who are not only business savvy but deeply equipped with the ability to make a global impact.
