The visit focuses on sharing best practices and strengthening collaboration in vocational training, workforce development, and education-based mobility programs. The Indian delegation includes senior officials from the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and representatives from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Telangana.
During the visit, the Indian team will engage with key Philippine agencies, including the Department of Migrant Workers, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Philippine Statistics Authority, and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration. The discussions will explore strategies for building a globally competitive workforce through innovation and policy-driven education models.

By focusing on mutual learning and entrepreneurship, both countries aim to create stronger pathways for sustainable employment and socio-economic progress.
