- A new partnership in Vietnam aims to improve job matching for students.
- The pilot uses verified credentials to connect job seekers with employers.
- The initiative focuses on high school and university students entering the workforce.
Open Campus, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) for education, has partnered with Le & Associates and SKALE to launch a pilot program in Vietnam that aims to streamline the job matching process. The collaboration combines Open Campus’s blockchain-powered education ecosystem and identity infrastructure with Le & Associates’s recruitment expertise and SKALE’s AI-driven recruitment platform. The goal is to enable candidates to showcase verified skills directly to employers and allow companies to assess applicants based on trusted credentials instead of self-reported resumes.
The initial focus of the pilot will be high school and university students who are entering the workforce. The program will evaluate how verified, portable credentials can help match candidates’ skills with employers’ needs more effectively. Ms. Pham Thi My Le, founder of Le & Associates, explained that the fast-moving labor market in Vietnam often leads to mismatched skills, and verified credentials can bridge this gap by providing employers with more reliable information.
