Vocate Education Solutions has officially launched as a new shared services organization designed to strengthen education and workforce development brands. The company will serve as the legal and strategic hub for a growing network of institutions, including Ultimate Medical Academy, Nasium Training, American Institute, Global Education Group, and future acquisitions.
The launch marks a shift toward a more agile and industry-focused education model. By centralizing key services, Vocate allows each institution to respond faster to market needs while continuing to support students, employers, and partners.
With more than 130 years of combined experience across vocational training, clinical education, continuing medical education, and workforce consulting, Vocate aims to address the growing skills gap. Many employers struggle to find skilled talent, while adult learners often lack clear pathways to career growth. Vocate’s mission is to close this gap by aligning education programs closely with workforce demand.
Tom Rametta, President of Vocate, said the shared services model helps education brands stay relevant in fast-changing sectors such as healthcare and higher education. He noted that Vocate enables programs to match employer needs while helping learners gain skills that lead to real career outcomes.
Vocate currently supports more than 2,500 employees serving over 20,000 learners and thousands of employer partners. The shared services structure improves collaboration, streamlines operations, and raises overall efficiency across the network. While each brand keeps its own identity and mission, Vocate provides the structure that connects them and increases their collective impact.
