Arothinking Co., Ltd., a company in South Korea that offers immersive AI & XR (Extended Reality) education products for early childhood to primary-level students, recently announced that it will speed up its expansion in 2025, and Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam, has become a major destination.
Incorporated in the year 2018, Arothinking deals in the development of experiential learning platforms, including virtual reality and augmented reality experiences combined with artificial intelligence, English learning, and coding. Arothinking has developed a strong foundation for itself in the local market, and its programs are being implemented in some 1,200 kindergartens, daycare centers, and elementary schools in the country. Such a vast operational experience makes Arothinking ready to expand its operations globally.
Arothinking's IP portfolio also comprises Thinking Play, which is an immersive multimedia classroom; AI Thinking Lab, an education program centered on Artificial Intelligence and coding; and Thinking Fun, which is a play-learning program using AR. The programs are intended to improve logical and critical thinking skills as well as creativity and communication. Worth noting also is that Thinking Play is a four-walled digital AR classroom that doesn't use head-mounted displays. This gives users a high level of immersion.
Today, in the year 2025, Arothinking continues to enhance its presence abroad, and Vietnam is a fundamental operational hub. This has led to the formation of a local subsidiary called CEEREDS. This local presence by Arothinking has enabled them to negotiate supply and distribution deals with local companies to adapt the AI and XR education solutions to the local education systems.

In addition to its involvement in the 'Beyond Vietnam' program, Arothinking has finished its maiden overseas sale to an overseas educational institution in Thailand, while negotiation discussions for further projects are ongoing. In addition, Arothinking has concluded a proof-of-concept engagement at the DWI Emas International School in Malaysia, thereby ascertaining the universality of its immersive education solutions despite differences in educational frameworks. In addition to that, other countries such as Japan, as well as the United Arab Emirates, are being considered.
For the purpose of data-driven education, Arothinking is currently integrating its LMS (Learning Management System), LCMS (Learning Content Management System), and MIES (Multi-Interactive Education System) into one learning infrastructure. On this premise, the company is set to roll out AI-LIT, a personalized education initiative that utilizes AI and big data analytics for offering education insights and feedback to teachers and parents.
The technologies of Arothinking have received various certifications such as patents in AR multimedia class systems and national quality and safety certifications. The firm plans to speed up the global adoption of AI and XR educational platforms through the help of an overseas expansion aid program conducted by the Korean Ministry of Science and ICT and at the heart of this plan is Vietnam.
