    • Aligned with Singapore’s national AI vision, the tool supports industries from corporate onboarding to healthcare and sales, with strong results in pilot studies.

Aventis Learning Group unveiled its Generative AI Agentic Training Coach, a new software that promises to revolutionize corporate and professional training. The system, which combines generative AI, autonomous reasoning, and voice interaction, provides customized, on-demand coaching that responds in real time to each learner's needs.

The release strongly aligns with Singapore's national emphasis on AI. During the National Day Rally this year, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong emphasized the government's determination to adopt AI, and said, "The Government will assist workers in leveraging AI to stay competitive, and collaborate with unions to reinvent jobs". Aventis' initiative embodies the vision, enabling businesses and individuals to succeed in a rapidly evolving economy.

Corporate universities' advantages had been the exclusive prerogative of large organisations with enormous resources for years. Aventis wants to turn that around. Using its Agentic Training Coach, even small- and medium-sized businesses can now establish their own branded corporate university with ease. Samuel Teo, General Manager of Aventis Graduate School, outlined the company's objective: "At Aventis, we are committed to enabling a smarter workforce. Learning should not only inform, but transform". Our Generative AI Agentic Training Coach helps organizations and learners build confidence fast, ramp up growth paths, and tap into personalized coaching at scale. This is learning and development remastered smarter, faster, and inclusive to all.

The system is unlike conventional e-learning: it's an interactive personal coach. Learners can take part in realistic voice-driven conversations, get instant feedback, and apply actual case studies in leadership, sales, negotiation, or customer service. Its features include a scenario constructor for tailored simulations, GPT-5-powered adaptive coaching, live transcription and feedback, gamified tracking of progress, and analytics reports to quantify results. It is intended to increase productivity, cut training costs, and bring sophisticated learning tools to a wide range of industries.

The platform has performed well in pilot studies, with trainees expressing greater confidence and improved retention than with traditional methods. Its uses cut across several industries such as corporate onboarding, healthcare role-playing, tutoring for academia, customer service training, among others.

According to Teo, the tool transforms corporate learning 'from a high-cost investment into a scalable, cost-efficient solution', a capability that makes it suitable for startups and multinational corporations. Aventis is currently encouraging organisations to participate in pilot initiatives and ask for complimentary demos at ai.aventislearning.com to see for themselves how AI can be used to drive workforce transformation.
