Tetr College of Business has launched The Creator Challenge, an initiative designed to help established and aspiring content creators develop the skills needed to build businesses. Selected participants will receive scholarships worth up to $100,000 toward the college’s Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership (GPEL).
The one-year master’s programme takes place across Shanghai, London and Dubai. It combines content creation, creativity and practical entrepreneurship with the goal of helping participants develop ventures with global reach. Academic partnerships with Fudan School of Management in Shanghai and Imperial College London underpin the curriculum, and the programme ends with a credential co-signed by both institutions.
The core idea behind the challenge is that the ability to create content can serve as a strong foundation for entrepreneurship. Established creators can draw on the audiences and trust they have already built to develop products, launch brands and expand beyond content alone. Aspiring creators can combine creative work with business-building skills. People with an entrepreneurial outlook can use content as a distribution channel while turning opportunity recognition into actual ventures.
The GPEL is structured to move participants from idea to execution across three markets. In Shanghai, students focus on AI-led innovation, product development and supply-chain execution, converting concepts into tangible offerings. In London, the emphasis shifts to brand identity, financial strategy and market positioning. In Dubai, participants prepare investor pitches, form strategic partnerships and explore cross-border scaling opportunities.
Pratham Mittal, Founder of Tetr College of Business, commented: “Some of the most interesting businesses of the future will be built by people who may not see themselves as entrepreneurs yet. They could be creators who understand their audiences deeply but don’t know how to turn that connection into a business, aspiring creators with a fresh perspective, individuals who see content creation as a pathway to building a business of their own, or entrepreneurs who instinctively spot opportunities others miss. The challenge is turning that instinct into a business. Through The Creator Challenge, we want to encourage people to look at their creative potential through an entrepreneurial lens.”
Tetr has already worked with a number of leading creators. These collaborations reflect the college’s focus on the growing overlap between content, community and entrepreneurship.
The first GPEL cohort is scheduled to begin in March 2027. Applications are open now, and interested creators can enter The Creator Challenge through the college’s website.
Tetr College of Business is backed by Owl Ventures and Bertelsmann India Investments. It operates as a global business school in which students learn by building businesses in different markets. Its undergraduate programmes in Management & Technology, AI and Finance send students to seven countries: the United States, China, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Argentina, India and locations in Africa. Students gain practical experience across varied business environments while studying with academic partners that include Fudan University, Cornell University, INSEAD and the Indian Institutes of Technology.
The graduate programmes follow the same experiential approach and are aimed at early-career professionals, founders, creators and next-generation family-business leaders. The Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership places particular emphasis on immersive learning in China, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, paired with concrete business-building work in global markets.
Students learn from faculty, entrepreneurs and industry figures linked to institutions and organisations such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, NASA and SoftBank. By combining international exposure, real-world execution and access to a global network, Tetr seeks to equip participants with the practical skills, mindset and experience required to start and grow businesses.

The Creator Challenge sits at the intersection of two expanding trends: the professionalisation of content creation and the demand for education that produces founders rather than traditional managers. By offering substantial scholarships and a structured, multi-city programme, Tetr aims to lower the barrier for creators who want to move from audience-building to business ownership.
Entry details and further information about the Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership are available on the Tetr College of Business website. The college continues to position itself as an institution focused on experiential, border-crossing business education rather than purely classroom-based study.
