- The collaboration will integrate ArthurAI to provide adaptive learning paths for students and AI-enabled teaching tools for faculty, making GIKI the country’s first AI-facilitated university.
- Initiatives include The Dawn Directive, an AI fluency and ethics curriculum, aiming to prepare students and educators for an AI-driven global economy while positioning Pakistan as a regional leader in intelligent education.
In a breakthrough move that places Pakistan at the forefront of artificial intelligence-powered education, MindHYVE.ai, the U.S.-based pioneer in agentic AI, has joined forces with the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), South Asia's top engineering university, to bring AI-fueled learning and institutional intelligence into the higher education space.
The strategic partnership has the vision to revolutionize the academic community by applying MindHYVE's premiere agentic learning solution, ArthurAI, university-wide at GIKI, facilitating tailored, data-driven learning experiences and AI-enhanced teaching methods for students and educators.
The partnership arrives on the heels of artificial intelligence's dynamic transformation of education on a worldwide scale. UNESCO and the World Economic Forum report that more than 85 percent of educational institutions globally intend to implement AI-based learning systems by 2030, as two-thirds of future employment is expected to demand AI fluency and digital literacy.
Market estimation suggests that the AI-in-education market may exceed USD 25 billion by 2027, driven by demand for personalized learning platforms and intelligent tutoring systems. Against this background, GIKI and MindHYVE seek to place Pakistan at the forefront of AI-integrated education among global leaders, meshing world-class pedagogy, cutting-edge research, and frontier technology to ready students for the next industrial revolution.

Under this collaboration, GIKI students will enjoy adaptive learning paths and real-time academic intelligence which personalizes the learning experience to individual requirements. Faculty will be able to use AI-enabled tools to create, teach, and evaluate courses more precisely, developing a more effective and productive learning environment.
ArthurAI integration will position GIKI as the first AI-facilitated higher education institution in Pakistan, paving the way for smart, tech-enabled learning environments in the region. One of the collaboration's core elements is the launch of The Dawn Directive, an international AI fluency and ethics curriculum designed by the California Institute of Artificial Intelligence (CIAI) and fueled by MindHYVE's agentic ecosystem, which will provide students and teachers with ethical AI literacy.
Bill Faruki, MindHYVE Founder and CEO, labeled the collaboration a 'watershed moment' for higher education. He underscored that the learning future will transition from passive learning to a dynamic, predictive, and human-centric system, redefining the process of acquiring knowledge as well as putting it into practice.
Rector of GIKI, Dr. Fazal Khalid, underlined the university's history of pioneering by innovation, as introducing ArthurAI™ will redefine Pakistani academic excellence and set a new standard for intelligent learning in the region.
By combining GIKI’s academic expertise with MindHYVE’s advanced AI technology, the partnership seeks to create an ecosystem that not only enhances learning outcomes but also equips students and faculty with the skills and insights required for the AI-driven economy. This initiative underscores the transformative potential of AI in higher education and represents a significant milestone in positioning Pakistan as a regional leader in intelligent, future-ready learning.
