The UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) has announced a new round of teaching and administrative job openings as part of its effort to strengthen staffing across the national school system. The recruitment drive is open to both UAE citizens and expatriates, offering opportunities to qualified education professionals.
According to a notice on the ministry’s official website, the vacancies aim to support the growth of the education sector and improve learning outcomes in public schools. The MoE is looking to hire professionals with the right skills, experience, and commitment to teaching excellence.
Among the specialized roles, the ministry is recruiting drama teachers. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in acting, directing, theatre, or performing arts. Most teaching positions require a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
Candidates must be proficient in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. The ministry has set a minimum GPA of 2.5, and some roles have an upper age limit of 55 years. For English language eligibility, applicants must score at least 6.5 in the IELTS General test.

The MoE also requires successful candidates to obtain a professional practice license within two years of joining. This step is intended to ensure consistent teaching standards and long-term quality in classrooms.
