New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), a subsidiary of Tatweer Education Holding Company, to strengthen educational infrastructure and support community development in downtown Riyadh. The agreement was formalized on the sidelines of the Education and Training Investment Forum held at the Hilton Riyadh, in the presence of Minister of Education Yousef Albenyan and Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Al-Falih.
The MoU was signed by Michael Dyke, CEO of New Murabba, and Eng. Omar Alsuwaiyan, CEO of TBC. It establishes an exploratory collaboration focused on sharing expertise, forming strategic partnerships, and jointly developing programs that improve the design, development, and operation of educational and community-focused projects.
Both parties aim to introduce global best practices into the planning and management of learning environments. The partnership places strong emphasis on sustainability, with plans to explore eco-friendly solutions for future educational facilities and related community spaces.
