MediSage Sets Asia Record as Largest Digital Doctors Platform

  • MediSage, a Mumbai-based health technology company, has been officially recognized by the Asia Book of Records for building the largest digital community platform for doctors and healthcare professionals in Asia. The certification, issued on 25 July 2026, confirms that the platform has 800,041 registered doctors and healthcare professionals, establishing it as the biggest verified digital community of its kind across the continent.

Founded in 2019, MediSage has grown from a focused digital learning initiative into a comprehensive ecosystem that supports continuous medical education, peer collaboration, AI-powered clinical decision support, and practice management tools. The platform enables doctors to stay updated with scientific knowledge, exchange clinical experiences, and access technology that helps improve patient care and practice efficiency.

Mr. Bhagwat Dhingra, Managing Director of MediSage, described the recognition as more than a numerical milestone. “This recognition is more than a record; it is a validation of our vision to build a technology-first ecosystem for the medical fraternity. At MediSage, our mission has always been to empower doctors with continuous scientific education, meaningful peer collaboration, AI-powered clinical support, and digital solutions that help them deliver better patient care. We are honoured to receive this recognition and remain committed to driving the digital transformation of healthcare,” he said.

Dhingra credited India’s leading medical associations for accelerating adoption of digital platforms among doctors. He specifically thanked the leadership of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), Association of Physicians of India (API), Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), and other specialty bodies. Their encouragement of lifelong learning and digital education, he noted, has played a key role in bringing large numbers of physicians onto scientific platforms.

He further emphasized the collaborative nature of medical practice. “MediSage has always been a platform built by doctors, for the doctors. Physicians naturally learn through collaboration, case-based discussions, and shared clinical experiences, all with a common objective of improving patient outcomes. Our role is to provide the technology that makes this collaboration accessible at scale.”

Mr. Anurag Dhingra, CTO and Director of MediSage, highlighted the company’s focus on artificial intelligence. “AI is rapidly becoming an indispensable part of modern medical practice. Through MediSage AI, we are helping more than 100,000 doctors simplify day-to-day clinical workflows, access evidence-based information faster, and enhance productivity in their practice. We will continue to invest in cutting-edge technologies that empower doctors while keeping scientific accuracy and patient care at the centre of innovation.”

This latest milestone strengthens MediSage’s position as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals, medical associations, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organizations seeking scientific engagement and digital transformation solutions.
