True Corporation has partnered with Google to enhance AI literacy among Thai students through two new educational initiatives. The "Gemini Academy for Students" and the "AI Literacy & Safety Module" aim to equip the younger generation with essential AI skills while promoting responsible usage.
The programs are designed to teach AI fundamentals, ethics, and digital safety to help students thrive in the evolving digital landscape. True’s Chief Consumer Business Officer, Sharad Mehrotra, emphasized the importance of AI literacy in shaping the future, stating that Thai youth must not only use AI technology but also understand and apply it safely and ethically.
In support of this initiative, True and DTAC customers will receive unlimited free internet access to ensure continuous learning. Participants who complete the courses will earn a joint certificate from True and Google, recognizing their AI skills and knowledge.

The programs are open to all students, university learners, and the general public, regardless of mobile network provider. Starting March 25, 2026, the AI Literacy & Safety course will be available online, while the Gemini Academy will offer offline activities.
Rohan Tiwary from Google expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting its goal to bridge the digital skills gap and prepare Thai youth for an AI-driven economy.
